4. Text Messages & Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to text messaging (for example, through the chat widget or a booking form), we may send you appointment-related and conversational text messages, including between-session support. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging are not shared with any third parties.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers: trusted vendors that help us run the business, such as our website and CRM platform, scheduling tools, video-call and phone services, payment processors, and email and text delivery services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

8. Testimonials
If you give written permission, we may publish your testimonial on the Site or our social media pages, using your full name or your initials, whichever you choose. You can withdraw permission at any time by email, and we’ll remove it from the Site.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, for example for the length of our coaching relationship and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, legal, and tax purposes. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices & Rights
- Email: unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- Access, correction, deletion: email us to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
